Weddings

Your wedding is one of the most important days of your life. It is most important to My Stylish Event that your vision becomes a stylish reality to celebrate your union & love with your closest friends and family. Your needs, your vision, your style, your experience, how you want to celebrate your love is our focus.

Our core values guide us while serving our couples through a process that can be stressful. But our goal is to guide you through the planning process, to reduce stress while we focus on the details and logistics. We offer several services that would help us achieve your vision.

Full Planning

A full service client receives unlimited access, unlimited planning meetings, and site visits. The planning process can start as early as 12 months prior to the wedding date. Mood boards are created to provide a visual, based on details, and any inspirational images provided by the couple. MSE will research, manage meeting scheduling processes, contract review, and the acquisition of all vendors approved by the couple that meet their needs and style. MSE will work with all vendors to plan day-off logistics to seamlessly bring your vision to life while being sure you celebrate your day how you want. On your day, your MSE team will be available to support you, address the needs of the wedding party and wedding guest, manage all vendors, and orchestrate set up and breakdown. 

Partial Planning

This level of service is great for clients that have already developed a clear vision and design plan, and have acquired some vendors. In conjunction with the couple, MSE will research, assist with the meeting scheduling process, and contract review of unacquired wedding vendors. MSE will collaborate with all vendors to plan day-off logistics in order to seamlessly bring your design together and celebrate your love the way you want. The day of your wedding, MSE will manage all vendors and orchestrate set-up and breakdown. Your MSE team will be there to support you, the wedding party, and manage wedding guests.

Wedding Management

Wedding management, similar to, but commonly known as Day-of Coordination. This service offers so much more than expected. Starting at least 2-3 months prior to your wedding day. MSE will help pull together final event details, attend final walk-throughs, be point of contact for all contracted vendors, and communicate any last minute changes with contracted vendors. Recommendations for vendors that have yet to be acquired will be provided upon request. MSE will create a day-of timeline, and collaborate with the couple and all vendors to finalize day-of logistics. Your day-of MSE team will manage all vendors, orchestrate set-up and breakdown, manage the needs of your wedding party and guests, and provide any other day-of services to ensure the day is special.

What to Expect

The MSE Process

There are a few steps within the booking process to be sure MSE meets your event needs and we are a great fit.

Consultation

The first step is to determine if we may be a good match. Schedule a quick 15-minute discovery call or a full 1-hour virtual or in-person consultation. Both are complimentary. Schedule a discovery call if you have a couple of questions about services offered or want to check to see if your wedding date is available. Pricing is not provided during a discovery call. If interested, following the discovery call, you can schedule a full 1-hour consultation so that MSE can get to know you, fiancé, and your love story. We will discuss your wedding needs and what’s most important to you during your big day. Services offered that meet your planning needs and how these services can address your challenges will be reviewed. Head to the Contact page to and submit a request to chat. 

Booking 

Following your full 1-hour consultation, you will be sent a proposal that will include proposed services based on your planning needs discussed during the consultation and contracted fee associated with proposed services. Required retainer amount will be indicated on the proposal. Proposals can be adjusted based on clients needs.


Once a proposal is accepted with electronic signatures, a service agreement will be provided which must be signed and retainer fee must follow. All full and partial services clients will be provided a payment schedule that will be sent following receipt of retainer. Payment schedule must be signed.

Onboarding 

You are now a MSE client and will receive your client portal login credentials & welcome package. An on-boarding meeting will be scheduled to review client portal features, discuss planning timeline, expectations for both client and MSE, communication methods, expected response timeframes for MSE & client.

This is the fun part, especially for MSE. During this time, focus on staying calm and communicate any concerns or uneasy emotions. While MSE focuses on the logistics, be sure to continue to date during this time and continue to fall in love.
